This AUP applies to eKaty.com and is intended to aid any and all eKaty.com users (registered members or not) in understanding how the contents found in eKaty.com may be used. All users of eKaty.com must comply with this AUP, the purpose of which is to encourage the reuse of eKaty.com materials while also helping to protect eKaty.com participants and members of the eKaty.com community from illegal or irresponsible activities.
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- The suspension and/or termination of access to eKaty.com services and features and/or
- eKaty.com's notification to the violator's IP address and reporting of the abuse of eKaty.com's services or features to the proper authorities and/or
- Other actions deemed appropriate by eKaty.com
Violations Related to eKaty.com Member Review Postings
The following constitute additional violations of this AUP:
- Inappropriate Content: All content posted to eKaty.com becomes the property of eKaty.com. Content that is not appropriate includes, but is not limited to, non approved advertising (see below), material copyrighted by someone other than the submitter, or any content that is vulgar or obscene or contains adult themes or images.
- Abusive language, name-calling, insults, harassment, and personal attacks will not be tolerated. Further, members are prohibited from making posts or comments that encourage this type of behavior. eKaty.com reserves the right to single handedly take appropriate measures, including deleting content, blocking any member from posting to our site and/or revoking membership for any behavior we determine to be damaging to our community.
- Advertising: It is not appropriate to advertise any business, products or services on eKaty.com review areas without consent of ekaty.com. It is acceptable to mention business names relating to a review while writing a review for a restaurant. Any advertising on eKaty.com must first be approved by eKaty.com.
- eKaty.com will delete any content construed as advertising, as well as any content we feel does not contribute to the web site.
